2015 Toyota Camry

You’ll be seeing some exciting new commercials on your TVs soon; in fact, you might have started to notice them already. The new commercials advertise the 2015 Toyota Camry, kicking off the all-new Toyota marketing campaign titled “One Bold Choices Leads to Another.” The commercials show off the completely redesigned Camry, and challenge viewers to live inspired lives, one great choice at a time.

The campaign features six different television spots—“Guitar,” “Breakout,” “Bucket List,” “Fix,” “Movie Premiere,” and “Park”—that each highlight a bold choice in a Camry customer’s life. Keep your eyes peeled for guest star B. B. King in one of the commercials—we’ll leave it to you to guess which one.

The new Toyota marketing campaign—the first campaign under the Total Toyota market model—doesn’t just feature the Camry at random. “The 2015 Camry launch campaign captures what the new Toyota brand is all about,” said Jack Hollis, Vice President, Marketing, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. “When we created our new marketing model less than a year ago, our quest was to connect with guests in more exciting and relevant ways. This campaign is just the beginning, and we think our drivers will be able to feel the new energy we’re bringing to the brand.”

If you’re looking for a bold and inspired way to change your life, come in to Hurlbert Toyota to check out the Camry today. You’ll see that here at Toyota, we sell more than just cars; we sell lifestyles. So come test drive your new life today!

Toyota Tundra

Toyota Tundra

Cars.com released their most recent list of “Most American” cars recently, which names vehicles that use over 75% domestically sourced parts and are assembled and sold in the United States. Sadly, only 10 cars were able to make the list this year. That’s the fewest in history. What is the brand with the most vehicles on the list, you ask? Toyota!

With four vehicles on the “Most American” list, Toyota takes the cake this Fourth of July.

The Toyota Camry, Sienna, Tundra, and Avalon fit the criteria of using American parts and labor thanks to assembly plants in Georgetown, KY, Lafayette, Indiana, and San Antonio, TX.

At Hurlbert Toyota, we’re glad to represent a company that is so committed to the US auto industry and creating new jobs in our country.

2014 Toyota Camry

2014 Toyota Camry

In 1988, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky (TMMK) produced its first vehicle, a Toyota Camry that remains on display at the plant to this day. Now, 26 years later, TMMK has produced its 10 millionth vehicle, also a Camry.

The plant’s success in just over a quarter of a century is nothing short of impressive, and it is largely attributed to the employees’ dedicated team work to build quality vehicles for customers.

“Many people may be surprised at our growth and the success the past 26 years; I am not,” TMMK President Wil James said. “We have the best, most dedicated work force in the world. It is all about family, working together to make the best product for the customer.”

Not only do the TMMK employees work together to fulfill production orders for the Toyota Camry, Avalon, and Venza models, but they also work with a strong sense of ownership.

“The exciting part is seeing a vehicle you worked on rolling down the street,” said Jovonda Williams, a seven-year team member working as an engineer in Quality Control. “I feel like I partly own that head-liner.”

These are the lovingly crafted vehicles, and vehicles built at plants like TMMK, that we at Hurlbert Toyota have the privilege of offering to our valuable customers each and every day.
