One of our most popular models at Hurlbert Toyota is the Toyota Tacoma, and with good reason. The 2015 Tacoma is a mid-size truck built to take on full-size jobs, available with a number of options and accessories, and offered at an affordable price.

Since it’s so popular, we keep hearing the question: when is the new Tacoma coming to Hurlbert? While we can’t say with certainty when you can drive it in 2015, we can tell you exactly when you can see it: January 12th, when it’s scheduled to debut at the 2015 North American International Auto Show.

Toyota has released two teaser images to satiate us while we wait to get a good look at the 2016 Tacoma. Based on what’s there to see, we think that the new Tacoma is going to make quite a few folks happy in the very near future, whether for work or for pleasure.

Toyota has also released a super brief teaser video, which you can drink in below:

It’s fixing to be a hot time in the Motor City in January. Watch this space for the latest on the 2016 Tacoma!

Toyota TRD Pro Series Tundra

“Driving off-road is part of living the outdoors life.” This is according to a recent article in Gear Junkie. And according to the same article, if you are going to go off-road, best to do it with a TRD Pro package version of the Tundra, Tacoma or 4Runner.

How does the TRD Pro package actually enhance these trucks? Being that they are designed to go off-road “right off the lot,” much of these enhancements have to do with the TRD Pro’s exceptional ability to sustain itself over rough terrain.

There are “Bilstein remote-reservoir shocks at the heart of a professionally-tuned TRD suspension.” The wheels and tires are super high-quality and are an essential component to the superior suspension.

The TRD Pro package also gives these three trucks a unique look, setting them apart from their main-street counterparts. This includes a unique black grille, black aluminum wheels and a black bumper.

We here at Hurlbert Toyota agree that these TRD Pro models are the best vehicles to release the inner off-road guy in all of us!
